Terms and Conditions for Zipp My Trip

Zipp My Trip by NSK Travel Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") provides B2B air ticketing, travel packages, EMI financing, and related services worldwide. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, app, bookings, and services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: December 18, 2025. Booking and Payments Bookings require full details (name, passport, contact) and advance payment as specified (e.g., 30-50% deposit for packages, full for flights). We act as agents for airlines, hotels, and partners; all contracts are subject to their terms. EMI options are facilitated via partners; approval is not guaranteed. Prices include taxes but exclude extras like visas or insurance unless stated. Rates may change due to fuel surcharges or availability.

Cancellations and Refunds

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:

  • Cancellations 30+ days prior: 80% refund (20% admin fee).
  • 15-30 days prior: 50% refund.
  • <15 days: No refund (airlines/hotels non-refundable). Flight cancellations follow airline policies (often non-refundable). EMI defaults incur penalties per partner terms. Force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes) voids refunds.

Travel Services and Itineraries

Services match descriptions but may change due to weather, availability, or regulations (e.g., US travel bans). You must have valid passports (6+ months validity), visas, and travel insurance. We recommend comprehensive coverage. B2B clients get white-label access; misuse voids agreements. Report issues on-site to our representative for resolution.

Liability and Insurance

We are not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or third-party failures beyond our control. Liability limited to package cost. You indemnify us against claims from your negligence. Travel insurance is mandatory; we offer options but do not insure.

EMI and Financing

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Policy for Children

EMI plans are no-collateral loans via partners for global trips. Eligibility based on credit check; defaults affect CIBIL. We earn commissions; no liability for partner defaults.

B2B Platform Terms

Upcoming SaaS platform (Q2 2026 launch): Performance-based fees (2-5% transactions). Clients must integrate ethically; data confidential. Termination for breach with 30 days' notice.

Governing Law and Disputes
